Why I created Deactivate Mind.
A few years ago, I had everything I was supposed to want.
A career. A family. A full calendar. A life that looked successful from the outside.
What I didn't have was space.
I was moving fast in every direction except inward.
Every hour had a purpose. Every day had a plan. Even rest had become something to schedule.
I didn't need more advice. I didn't need another goal.
I needed distance.
A long walk. An unhurried day. A few hours in which nobody needed anything from me, and I didn't need to be anyone for them.
Deactivate Mind is the experience I wish I could have booked for myself.

For twenty years, I worked in international business, advertising and sales.
London. Barcelona. Airports. Meetings. Targets. Constant movement.
Eventually I discovered something remarkably simple:
The further I walked away from the noise, the closer I got to myself.
Deactivate Mind grew from that experience.
Not as a method. Not as therapy. As a space I once needed myself.
Born in Puglia. Based between Barcelona and a stone house in the Montseny.
“Somewhere along the trail, I felt like myself again.”
“I thought I needed answers. I needed space.”
Tell me what you need to step away from.
If WhatsApp feels too immediate, write a quieter note. A few lines are enough.
