Walking, thinking, subtracting
The ideas behind Deactivate Mind.
A space where nothing is expected of you.
Every notification is someone entering your mind without knocking.
Less noise.
Less urgency.
Less performance.
Less expectation.
More space.
I walked the Camino twice before I understood what it was giving me.
First the Primitivo, across the mountains of Asturias. Years later, the Portuguese Way along the coast.
Nothing magical happened. No revelation. No new version of myself waiting at the finish line.
After a few days of walking, the noise began to fade. The urgency. The plans. The constant need to check, decide, respond, move.
And underneath all of that, there was still me.
I didn't find myself on the Camino. I simply removed enough noise to hear myself again.
That is what I wanted to bring back to the hills of the Montseny.

- No titles.
- For the first hour, nobody asks what you do.
- No notifications.
- Your attention stays with you.
- No destination.
- We walk, but arriving isn't the point.
- No performance.
- Nothing needs to happen.
Walking changes the way we think.
Side by side, at a slow pace, conversation feels different. Silence feels natural. Ideas appear without being forced.
Walking without arriving is a form of rebellion in a world obsessed with destination.
- You don't have to reach anything.
- You don't have to improve anything.
- You don't have to prove anything.
- Walk.
